Return & Refund Policy

At Dubai USA Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used perfumes
• Products with damaged or missing original packaging
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
